Robert B. Zoellick is President of the World Bank. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman, International of the Goldman Sachs Group. In 2005-06, Mr. Zoellick was Deputy Secretary of the U.S. State Department. From 2001-2005, he served in the U.S. cabinet as the 13th U.S. Trade Representative.
